Privacy Policy

Privacy Statement

The European Union has taken a mammoth step in protecting the fundamental right to privacy for every EU resident with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) effective from May 25, 2018. The aim of the GDPR is to protect all EU citizens from privacy and data breaches in an increasingly data-driven world that is vastly different from the time in which the 1995 directive was established. Although the key principles of data privacy still hold true to the previous directive, many changes have been proposed to the regulatory policies; the key points of the GDPR as well as information on the impacts it will have on business can be found below. etpm Limited (company number SC318161) is committed to protecting the privacy of our candidates, clients and users of our website. We want to provide a safe and secure user experience. We will ensure that the information you submit to us via our website is only used for the purposes set out in this policy.
