Resourcer / Recruitment Administrator

Are you organised, proactive and great with people? Looking for an opportunity within the recruitment industry?

ETPM is looking for a Resourcer / Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Aberdeen.
You’ll play an important role in supporting our busy recruitment team, helping us identify great candidates and keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.

🔍 What will you be doing?
Sourcing and identifying candidates for offshore and marine positions
Searching databases, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
Speaking with candidates and building strong relationships
Assisting recruiters with candidate screening and shortlisting
Maintaining accurate candidate records within our CRM
CV formatting and preparation
Supporting compliance, onboarding and general recruitment administration
Helping with day-to-day office and recruitment activities
 
🔍 What are we looking for?
You don’t necessarily need years of recruitment experience. We’re looking for someone who is:
✅ Organised and highly proactive
✅ Confident speaking to people on the phone
✅ Comfortable working with databases and computer systems
✅ A good communicator with strong attention to detail
✅ Able to work at pace and manage multiple tasks
✅ Positive, reliable and willing to learn
✅ Ideally has some previous recruitment, administration, resourcing or customer service experience
