Job requirements:

  • Our client is looking for someone with previous major conversion and or with newbuild project experience plus experience of DP2 ROV, DP2 DSV and DP3 DSV vessel types.

  • The role will involve drawing and plan approval, site supervision, attendance at FATs etc.

ROV / Diving Recruitment Consultant.

Job requirements:

  • ETPM are currently looking for a recruitment consultant with an established knowledge of the current ROV and Diving market. The position will involve attracting candidates and matching them to jobs in potential client companies in either temporary or permanent positions.
  • The consultant will work together with the client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. They will aim to attract candidates by drafting advertising copy and using a wide range of media. Knowledge of the market is essential as the consultant will be expected to screen candidates, interview them, do background checks, and finally make recommendations to their clients.
  • The Consultant will also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements, career opportunities and expected to have a customer focused approach.

Job tasks:

  • The role will be demanding and diverse, involving:
  • using sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to attract business from client companies;
  • building relationships with clients;
  • developing a good understanding of what client companies do and their work culture;
  • advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts using a wide range of media (e.g. newspapers, websites, magazines);
  • headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates;
  • receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates;
  • checking references and suitability of applicants before referral to employers for interview;
  • arranging interviews for the right candidates with the clients;
  • preparing resumes and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;
  • informing candidates about the results of their interviews and preparing letters of appointment;
  • negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates;

DSV Marine Superintendent

Job requirements:

  • STCW 95 Master Unlimited
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as Marine Superintendent in similar role
  • Previous experience working with DSV Operations
  • Solid knowledge of SMS/ISPS

Job tasks:

  • Develop and implement SMS for DSV Operations in line with existing company procedures.
  • Liaise with vessels to ensure logistical support and adequate manning with qualified and competent personnel.
  • Establish adequate training and development for marine crew, in consultation with the training department.
  • Develop vessel management procedures as directed.
  • Fully familiar with IMO, IMCA, Flag State and Classification Society requirements pertaining to the DSV and ensuring that the vessel complies with such requirements.
  • Evaluate the performance, ability and suitability of the deck department.
  • Liaise with the pipelines operations and diving groups to ensure that proposed vessel operations are in line with industry best practice for DP Diving vessels.
  • Participate in budget process as directed.
  • Member of the Emergency Response Team.

Barge Foreman x 2

Job requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years experience is required.
  • Must have leadership and supervisory capabilities.
  • Must have a working knowledge of all personnel classifications incorporated on the barges and the ability to supervise their operations.
  • Must have working knowledge of all equipment involved in daily barge operations.
  • Must have the ability to anchor a barge at a given location according to the weather conditions, pipelines, underwater obstructions, etc. so that barge operations can be accomplished safely and efficiently.
  • Must have a broad knowledge of offshore construction and salvage operations.

Job tasks:

  • The Barge Foreman is responsible for the entire operation and safety of the barge and the personnel on board.
  • The Barge Foreman must be capable of effectively communicating with all personnel (office, barge, third party, etc.) involved in the barges daily operations and report to the Barge Superintendent.

MARINE OPERATIONS DIVISION MANAGER

Job requirements:

  • Five years experience in offshore marine fleet operations and/or management.

Job tasks:

  • Responsible for the implementation of Company's Health,Safety,Environment and Quality Management Systems within the Marine Operations Division.
  • Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Companys fleet in addition to fleet compliance to clients standards and the relevant international and local rules and regulations.
  • Review and submit for General Manager Approval relevant Marine Operations Division Tenders, Contracts and Charter Party Agreements (in liaison with the Commercial and Marketing Division).
  • Plan Companys marine fleet utilization including planned preventive maintenance and dry-docking and off-hire schedules.
  • Set and implement Marine Operations Division objectives to support Companys business planning and development.
  • Communicate with relevant clients regarding management of change to Companys fleet equipment, HSEQ and operational procedures and practices.
  • Supervise implementation, review and improvement of Companys Health Safety and Environment Management System (HSEMS) within the Marine Operations Division.
  • Provide technical and safety advice to the Commercial and Marketing Division to ensure compliance to the high standard of equipment, materials and services provided to the fleet.
  • Provide technical and safety advice to the Shipbuilding Projects to ensure compliance of new build marine vessels to the high standard of services provided to the clients.
