ETPM office staff have between them over 250 years of offshore industry experience. Our staff consist of a combination of recruitment and technical specialists covering the offshore marine and subsea sectors. As individuals we have seen the changes in the business cycles, the growth years of the North Sea, the progression into deepwater fields and the application of technology to the traditional arenas of shipping and subsea operations. Similarly we have seen the company's / clients change over the years to the present breed of Super Subsea Contractors and the development of the 2nd and 3rd tier players and the recent offshore renewables activity.

We are uniquely placed amongst our peers in that we have worked in the marine and subsea industry and fully understand what the client is looking for from a Marine and Subsea Support organisation. Not only do we provide people to work offshore but have a stable of Project Management staff and support personnel to augment our client's onshore management teams.

International Perspective.
Aberdeen based but global in nature, we have worked in the majority of offshore oil and gas provinces and have built up a sound knowledge of the operating challenges presented by working internationally. West Africa, the Far East, Europe and the Americas all have differing regulations and requirements with which we have become familiar and are comfortable with.
